About San Jose CAN Indivisible

Founded on March 7, 2026, San Jose CAN Indivisible is a volunteer-powered grassroots organization serving San Jose and communities throughout Santa Clara County. As a local chapter of the Indivisible movement, we are committed to strengthening civic awareness and encouraging active participation in democracy.

Guided by democratic values rather than party affiliation, we advocate for human rights, social justice, voting rights, transparent government, and free, fair, and accessible elections. We believe informed and engaged residents are essential to building strong communities and accountable government.

Through civic education, community outreach, and volunteer action, we help residents understand public issues, engage with local government, and participate in the democratic process through lawful and peaceful means.

We welcome everyone who shares our commitment to civic engagement, mutual respect, and community involvement. Together, we are working to build a more informed, engaged, and resilient San Jose.
